Account Settings

The Account Settings section provides easy access to manage and update your personal account information, ensuring that your profile stays current. In this section, you can modify your display name, update your login email, reset your password, and upload a profile picture. Below is a detailed guide on how to use each feature efficiently.

Account Information

1. Display Name
This field shows your current display name as it appears throughout the system. You can easily edit this if you wish to update how your name is displayed.

How to update your name:
  1. Click on the "Name" field.
  2. Enter your new display name.
  3. Click the "Save" button to confirm the change.

2. Profile Picture
You can personalize your account by uploading or changing your profile picture. Only PNG, JPG, and JPEG file formats are supported.

How to upload or change your profile picture:
  1. Click on the "Upload Photo" button.
  2. Select a new image file from your device in a supported format (PNG, JPG, or JPEG).
  3. Click the "Save" button to upload the image.

3. Email (login)
Your email address doubles as your username for logging into the system. Updating this field will change your login credentials. Ensure your email is accurate to avoid access issues.

How to update your email:
  1. Click on the "Email" field.
  2. Enter your new email address.
  3. Click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

Note: If you change your email address, you'll need to use the new one for future logins.

4. Password
For security purposes, it's important to regularly update your password. The system requires you to confirm the new password to ensure accuracy.

How to reset your password:
  1. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field.
  2. Re-enter the new password in the "Confirm Password" field.
  3. Ensure both entries match before clicking the "Save" button.

Tip: Choose a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Best Practices
  • Regular Updates: Frequently update your password to enhance your account's security.
  • Accurate Email: Always ensure your email is up-to-date to prevent login issues or missed notifications.
