General settings
In this subsection, you can adjust the main settings of your Dashboard and your company’s contact details. Don’t forget to click the “Save” button to save changes.
- Name
We’d like to know your name to send you personalized emails. It will not be displayed anywhere else. - Company name
A company name is used to generate standard Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages. - Email
You can specify an email that will be displayed in your Dashboard footer. We will use this email to send lead requests and weekly DSD statistics*.
*This option can be disabled in the DSD Settings below. - Messengers
You can sync your messengers (Skype, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, WeChat, Zalo) with your Dashboard to make it easier for your clients to contact you. Simply enter your phone number or messenger ID into the corresponding field. The link to the messenger will then appear in your Dashboard footer. - Phone number(s)
You can enter up to 5 phone numbers. They will be displayed in your Dashboard footer and will help your prospects contact you. Enter a full number with a country code or select it from the list.
- To add another phone number, hit the plus sign (“+”).
- To remove a phone number, click the cross mark (“x”).
- Default language
Here you can choose the default language for your Dedicated SEO Dashboard from the drop-down list. 43 languages are available: - English

By default, the Dedicated SEO Dashboard can be displayed in 43 languages. But you can disable some of them if needed.
Use checkboxes to select the desired languages and click the “Apply” button to confirm them in the drop-down list. - Address
Enter your business address if you want it to be displayed in your Dedicated SEO Dashboard. The address can be entered in any format. - Map URL
To make it easier for your clients to find your office, add a map link to your Dashboard footer. Open Google Maps in your browser (or any other online mapping service), enter your business address into the search bar, select the “Share” option, and copy the generated link. Then insert this link into the Map URL field.
Please note: Your map address must match the address entered above. - Logo
Your logo will be displayed in your Dashboard header.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG.
- Favicon
A favicon is a browser tab icon that helps navigate through many tabs by making them easily distinguishable.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, ICO.
We recommend that you upload a 16x16 px icon.
- Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, ICO.
- White-Label Reports
This option allows Dashboard users to create their own branded reports by uploading a custom logo and adding a company name to the report footer.
The white-label option is enabled by default, but you can disable it by selecting “Disable” in the corresponding field.
If you disable white-label reports, this section will not be displayed in your Dashboard Report Center. - Custom Script
Add more options to your SEO Dashboard by running custom scripts. You can use multiple scripts at the same time.
For example:- Add a chat to your Dashboard to communicate with your prospects more efficiently. You can go for Facebook Messenger, or any other chat you use on your main website.
- Use a social media sharing plugin to encourage users to promote your Dashboard.
- Add your Google Analytics code if needed.
Insert scripts into this field one by one and make sure to leave indentation between them. - Weekly Statistics Email
By default, weekly statistics emails are scheduled to be sent every Monday. They will contain the statistics on visits, registrations, and user requests from your Dashboard for the previous week.
But you can opt out of receiving these emails by selecting “Disabled” in the corresponding field.
If you change your mind, you can enable this option back at any time.
Once you’ve personalized your Dashboard and set up everything you need, hit the “Save” button below to save changes.
