User news

The User News section allows administrators to stay informed about user activities, including registrations, project creations, and other significant user actions. This feature helps effectively monitor engagement and track key events.

Using the User News Section

The User News section displays a list of recorded user activities. Each activity is logged with relevant details, enabling administrators to analyze trends and individual actions.

Filtering & Searching User News

Administrators can filter events using the following options:

  • Event – Select a specific type of event to filter results.
  • Date – Choose a date range to display activities within a specific timeframe.
  • Country – Filter user actions based on their geographical location.
  • User ID – Search for specific users by their unique identifier.
  • Manager – Filter results by the assigned manager.
  • Username – Locate activities associated with a particular user.
  • Status – Filter by event status (e.g., Open).
  • Unique Events – Check this box to display only unique occurrences of events.


Understanding the User News Table Columns

The table displays logged user activities with the following details:

  • # (number) – Sequential numbering of events.
  • Event – The type of recorded user action (e.g., registration, new project).
  • Time – The timestamp when the event occurred.
  • User – Displays the user’s unique ID.
  • Manager – Assigned manager responsible for the user.
  • Sites – Any associated websites linked to the user.
  • Info – Additional details related to the event.
  • Status – Displays the current status of the event (e.g., Open, Moved, Completed).
  • Check – Click to add a comment.


Managing User News

Viewing User Activities

  1. Navigate to the “User News” section in the admin panel.
  2. Use filters to refine search results.
  3. Review event details in the table.


Updating Event Status

  1. Locate an event in the list.
  2. Click on the “Status" field.
  3. Modify the status as required.
